Robert “Bucky” Flores, is the current coordinator of Rochester Public School’s Launching Emerging Adults Program (LEAP). Raised in a multicultural home with diverse childhood and adult experiences, Bucky, has been described as a connector with an observational and analytic approach to collaborative planning and problem solving. With a combined 17 years “in the arena” of therapeutic residential programming, wilderness therapy, outdoor education, outdoor play, and public school settings, Bucky has experienced and witnessed the energy for change. As a lifelong learner and self-described naive, optimistic, humanist he is an advocate for research supported changes that invite learning.
Influenced by personal experiences, professional growth, teamwork and patience, “The Energy for Change,” is an invitation for audience members to consider change, the challenges of doing things differently, the energy needed to do so, and the collective power of the energy around us.
Join Robert “Bucky” Flores for “The Energy for Change” Keynote as he takes us on the journey of believing in the human spirit and the inherent value of every being.
