James Erickson
Administrator, Duluth Public Schools
James Erickson is the Principal at Laura MacArthur Elementary School in Duluth, Minnesota.
With over 30 years of experience as an educator and working within the educational system, James is a well-organized and highly qualified servant leader. Working within high-needs buildings for most of his careers, James utilized and created systems of support that address the needs of the whole child. His work has been emulated and implemented by many of his colleagues. He is also a strong advocate for district and schoolwide systems, policies and practices that can create high impact outcomes setting up school communities to create their best work.

This session will be an overview of data teams such as child study team, mental health team, grade level team and PBIS teams. Technology tools to help support the important work happening in our schools will include Jotform, SWIS, spreadsheets and others shared by you, our professional colleagues.
